The Last of Us Parte II é o vencedor do Golden Joystick Awards. Hades e Fall Guys também são premiados

Muitos bons jogos estavam competindo, mas não teve jeito. The Last of Us Parte II foi o vencedor da edição 2020 do Golden Joystick Awards. O game da Naughty Dog arrebentou na premiação anual do GamesRadas e outros veículos de mídia conquistando cinco troféus: Melhor Narrativa, Melhor Desing Visual, Melhor Audio, Jogo Playstation do Ano e Jogo do Ano.

Na festa onde são escolhidos os melhores games do ano também tiveram surpresas interessantes. O jogo Hades venceu em duas categorias: Melhor Jogo Independente e Escolha do Críticos. O carismático, Fall Guys: Utimate Knockout também foi premiado duas vezes: Melhor jogo Família e Melhor Jogo Multiplayer.
